We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our growing CGi team to manage project workflows, quotes, and client communications. This is a hybrid role, based in our London studio three days a week.

About The Role:The role reports to the COO and you will be the first point of contact for the team relating to clients, project management, and delivery. You will manage the workflow of the CG visualization teams on a daily basis, planning daily and weekly project schedules and ensuring the artists have what they need to carry out their tasks in meeting deadlines through effective resource management. You will work closely alongside the Director of CGI and you will be responsible for ensuring that the team is well informed of project deliverables and providing ongoing support to ensure timely production as well as keeping clients up to date on all projects. 

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop fee proposals and adhere to project budgeting and billing
  • Oversee communication and coordination with all external project members, fully understanding how external pieces fit within the project and impact schedule and requirements
  • Ensure client satisfaction with project scope, schedule, budget and results
  • Coordinate with leadership in resource planning, including staff/labor allocation, across multiple projects
  • Client communication, project correspondence, meeting minutes, progress reports, general administration, and project billing
  • Production and coordination of presentations and documents, in collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure design integrity and visual consistency
  • Actively participate in agency new business opportunities/initiatives
  • Develop and manage reasonable timelines for the completion of all initiatives
  • Develop and demonstrate firm knowledge in client’s business and industry
  • Foster a team effort/collaborative approach
  • Assist in the management of accounts/financial aspects (budgets, contracts, fees, etc.)
  • Develop effective analysis and audits to inform strategic recommendations and guide production development
  • Ability to understand client’s RFP and translate to an appropriate scope of work
  • Assist Marketing team by coordinating with production team and clients to provide updated, recent content

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience
  • Experience in a Project Management type role in an architectural/design environment is ideal
  • Experience in a CGI Production studio is preferred
  • Possess excellent organisational skills
  • Great attention to details
  • Proficient Google Suites, Milanote, Float, and Creative Cloud
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities; demonstrated ability to foresee and address issues proactively
  • Adept at managing multiple external and internal project deliverables
  • Is comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment 
  • Ability to work autonomously as required, making decisions and driving projects forward
