Your Role

We’re looking for a Photographer / Videographer to create story-driven films and photography for luxury real estate, hospitality and destination brands. Working hands-on from storyboard to final grade, you will capture architecture, interiors and people with intention, delivering films, stills campaigns and social content to a premium standard.

What You’ll Do

  • Shoot brand films and photography for luxury residential, hospitality and destination clients
  • Plan shoots with our Designers and Marketing team: storyboards, shot lists and treatments
  • Set up, light and run shoot days independently, with crew, talent and clients on set
  • Edit, grade and finish films and stills to a cinematic standard for digital and campaign use
  • Travel to project locations in the UK and internationally as needed

What You’ll Bring

  • Professional experience as a photographer and/or videographer, ideally in luxury real estate, architecture, interiors, hospitality or lifestyle
  • A portfolio of cinematic brand films and editorial-quality stills
  • A strong creative vision and a natural eye for composition, light and pacing
  • Confidence with cinema and stills cameras, lenses, lighting and audio kit
  • Advanced Adobe skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop)
  • Solid post-production: editing, colour grading, retouching and sound
  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
  • Clear communication and openness to feedback
  • Ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks
  • Nice to have: Licensed drone operator. Experience with sound recording, interviews and sound design
